DOULA SERVICES

To begin we will have an introductory Consultation (Free)

During this consultation, we will get to know each other, either over a phone call, walk or at a coffee shop. Whatever sounds best to you! We’ll discuss your pregnancy and birth plan and address any questions you may have for me. This meeting helps us determine if we're the right fit for each other, as finding the right doula for you is essential!

If you choose me as your Doula you can expect the following care throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum season.

Birth Doula Services Include

2 prenatal meetings
These meetings are designed for us to get to know each other better and to learn how we can best work together to achieve your desired birth outcome. We will also discuss any questions or concerns you might have.

Support throughout your entire pregnancy and initial postpartum needs
During your pregnancy I will be available by email, text or phone to answer any questions or concerns and to provide constant love and emotional support. Unlimited 24/7 availability from 38 weeks until your baby arrives.

Advocacy for your birth plan
I will advocate for your specific birth plan to ensure your wishes are respected.

Early labor support at home, hospital and at your chosen birth place
From the first contraction until the final push, I will provide continuous support in the comfort of your home or desired laboring and birthing place. I will bring a calming reassurance, comfort measures and immediate postpartum support to assure both you and your little one are being well cared for.

Photography
If desired, I can take photos during labor and birth.

Postpartum visit

Shortly after your birth, I will come to your home to discuss your birth experience, answer any questions or concerns you might have and provide support for your specific needs. This may include holding your little one, light house chores and helping connect you with local professionals that specialize in specific needs you might have. For example- massage therapists, postpartum doulas, breastfeeding specialist, photographers and more!

Extra postpartum care available for my Birth Clients
For an hourly rate I will happily come to your home and help with the baby or siblings along with doing light housework to help bring some peace and order to your home.
You are welcome to take a nap, go on a walk, run errands or just take a shower:)

Last minute Doula care

This is for those who decide at the last minute they desire doula care at their birth. A reduced rate is offered to fill this need with a postpartum visit included.
